The Knot of love has played an increasingly significant. For the Egyptians, the knot was a sign of life, the knot of Isis was a symbol of immortality and divine love. The rope, like the chain, represented by the Egyptians, the union and separation. Buddha teaches that "to undo the knots of the heart" is the process that leads to liberation, to the elevation of the being, the transition to a higher state.
